Product Overview
FIVALCO FIRELETS are professional welded branch outlets specially designed for fire sprinkler systems and general pressure piping. Featuring a bevelled body with precision BSP internal threads, this Steel Pipe Fitting can be fully welded onto main pipes, and its threaded end directly connects fire sprinklers without extra adapters.
Constructed from carbon steel with material performance equivalent to ASTM A-105, the product carries UL Listing fire safety certification. Threads are machined strictly to NPT or ISO 7/1 international pipe thread standards, delivering reliable leak-tight threaded connection for sprinkler installation. Controlled chemical composition and stable mechanical properties ensure consistent performance under rated pressure and temperature for long-term fire system operation.

Installation and Maintenance
- Polish off rust and oxide scale on main pipe surface before welding
- Fix the firelet in position and fully weld around the fitting for tightness
- Wrap sealing tape evenly on BSP thread before screwing in sprinkler head
- Complete pipeline hydrostatic test to check weld and thread sealing
- Apply anti-rust coating for outdoor exposed piping to extend service life
- Regularly inspect welding seams and sprinkler threaded joints for leakage
