Malleable Iron 341 Conical Joint Union M/F. The “Conical Joint Union M/F” refers to a specific type of conical joint union. Both threaded can be BSPT as per ISO 7-1,BS 21 or other standard. Also can be NPT as per ANSI/ASTM B1.20.1 standard. The current size is from 1/2″ to 2″, we can also open new mold to meet customers’ requirement.

6. Correction
After polishing, castings whose roundness does not meet the requirements or whose surface appearance does not meet the requirements must undergo a correction process to make the appearance meet the requirements.
7. Grinding
After correction, the castings need to be polished to remove the large slag remaining on the surface through a grinding process in order to achieve a beautiful appearance.
We do the correction and grinding one by one for each malleable iron pipe fittings. To 100% ensure the quality for all the fittings.
