Profile Socket is a grooved black steel branch fitting, also known as grooved welded outlet, specially designed for grooved fire protection and industrial piping systems. It is made of black carbon steel with original black oxide finish, featuring integrated grooved structure that matches standard grooved couplings for quick mechanical assembly without full circumferential welding. Size range covers 100mm to 200mm. This grooved branch socket can be welded onto main pipe wall to form reinforced branch outlets, then connect branch pipes via groove clamping connection. It avoids hot work on finished pipelines, delivers high pressure resistance, stable structural strength and convenient on-site installation, widely adopted in fire sprinkler, industrial water, gas and medium-pressure fluid grooved pipeline projects.
