Malleable Iron 131R Reducing Tee. Reducing tee is a kind of connection pipe fittings.Malleable cast iron: High-strength cast iron made from white cast iron after heat treatment.The grade of malleable cast iron is represented by “KTH” or “KTZ” followed by the minimum tensile strength value (MPa) and the percentage of the minimum elongation after fracture. For example, the grade KTH 350-10 represents black-core malleable cast iron with a minimum tensile strength of 350 MPa and a minimum elongation after fracture of 10%, that is, ferritic malleable iron; KTZ 650-02 represents a minimum tensile strength of 650 MPa and a minimum elongation after fracture of 10%. Pearlite malleable iron with a rate of 2%.

In China, the national standard for malleable iron pipe fittings is GB/T3287-2011, and the material standard for malleable iron is GB/T9440-2010. In European Union,standard for malleable iron pipe fittings is EN10242, and the material standard for malleable iron is EN1562. In England, standard for malleable iron pipe fittings is BS143&1256, and the material standard for malleable iron is BS6681. In German, standard for malleable iron pipe fittings is DIN2950, and the material standard for malleable iron is 1692. In Japan, standard for malleable iron pipe fittings is JIS B2301, and the material standard for malleable iron is JIS G5705. In India, standard for malleable iron pipe fittings is IS 1879, and the material standard for malleable iron is IS 14329. In international, standard for malleable iron pipe fittings is ISO49, and the material standard for malleable iron is ISO5922.
