Product Description

Products Details

Malleable Iron 165 Lateral Y Branche 45°. Y Branche 45° is a kind of connection pipe fittings made by malleable iron. Malleable cast iron has high strength and toughness and can withstand greater pressure and impact. Also Malleable cast iron has good corrosion resistance and can resist chemical corrosion and atmospheric corrosion. Malleable cast iron has the advantages of good forgeability, strength, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, easy processing and economy, so the malleable iron pipe fitting has been widely used in machinery manufacturing, construction, chemical industry and other fields.

The threaded:

This Malleable Iron 165 Lateral Y Branche 45° is produced strictly in accordance with American standards. Material as ANSI/ASTM A197-A,Thread as ANSI/ASTM B1.20.1,NPT and Dimension as ANSI/ASTM B16.3/14/39. Thread is the most important factor. If the thread standard is wrong, the pipe fittings will leak after installation, which will have a serious impact on the project. Therefore, we will recommend customers to use the correct threaded standard pipe fittings based on the usage habits of different markets. Our NPT threaded is produced as per the ANSI/ASTM B1.20.1 and can be used in American market and other market use American standard such as Philippine, South of Amercia and so on.

Our test in threaded

There are two inspection methods for detecting the angle between the pipe thread axis. One is to use a test rod to measure, and the other is to use an inclinometer to detect. The principles of the two methods are the same, but the detection equipment and methods are different. National standards stipulate that the angle deviation of pipe threads shall not exceed ±0.5°, and our pipe fittings shall be controlled within ±0.3°, which is 40% stricter than the national standards. We test all the malleable iron pipe fittings one by one to ensure 100% qualified.
