Products Details

Malleable Iron 321W Floor Flange without hole. Floor Flange without hole is a a special type of flange, usually used for some specific connection needs. Unlike regular flanges with bolt holes, holeless flanges do not have holes so they cannot be secured with bolts. The main feature of non-porous flanges is their sealing properties. Since there are no holes, non-porous flanges provide a better seal, reducing the possibility of leaks. This makes non-porous flanges very useful in certain applications where high sealing requirements are required, such as in chemical reactors, pressure vessels or vacuum systems.

How to use the malleable iron flange without hole:

The thread in the middle of the non-hole flange is connected to the pipe, and the other end can be connected to the pipe or equipment by welding. This connection method requires welding at the connection between the flange and the pipe or equipment to form a strong connection. Welded connections have high strength and sealing performance, and are suitable for harsh working conditions such as high pressure and high temperature.

The difference between threaded flange and welded flange:

1. Sealing performance: Due to the firm welding connection, welded flange valves have better sealing performance and can withstand higher pressures. Threaded flange valves have poor sealing performance and generally bear lower pressures.
2. Scope of application: Welded flange valves are suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature working conditions and are usually used in industrial production. Threaded flange valves are suitable for low-pressure and low-temperature working conditions, and are generally used in tap water, natural gas and other pipelines in daily life.
