Product Description

Products Details

Malleable Iron 321W Floor Flange without hole. Floor Flange without hole is different with the flange with 4 bolt holes. The main feature of non-porous flanges is their sealing properties. Since there are no holes, non-porous flanges provide a better seal, reducing the possibility of leaks. This makes non-porous flanges very useful in certain applications where high sealing requirements are required, such as in chemical reactors, pressure vessels or vacuum systems.

The manufacturing process of non-porous flanges usually involves precision machining and quality control to ensure their sealing performance and stability. Because there are no holes, holeless flanges need to be designed and manufactured more precisely to prevent leaks or other problems at the joint.

The difference between malleable iron floor flange without hole and with 4 bolt holes:

1. Structure: The four-hole flange has four connection holes, which are usually used for the fixation of bolts or similar connectors to achieve the connection between the two flanges. In contrast, holeless flanges do not have these connecting holes.
2. Function: The main function of the four-hole flange is to connect two pipes together to prevent leakage and control the flow of fluid. Since the four-hole flange has only four connection points, its support capacity is relatively weak and is usually used for pipe connections under low pressure. Non-porous flanges are usually used as blind plates to seal pipe plugs or equipment connections to isolate and seal. Since there are no connecting holes, holeless flanges provide a better seal, reducing the possibility of leaks.

How to choose the flange?

Four-hole flanges are mainly used for pipe connection, while non-hole flanges are used for sealing and isolation. When selecting for use, factors such as specific engineering requirements and pressure levels need to be considered.
