What is a tube clamp?
Pipe clamps – fittings used to secure and support pipes, most commonly in piping systems such as water supply, heating, drainage, fire protection, HVAC and electrical engineering.
Clamps are round or semicircular brackets that sometimes contain spring clips or “bulge” systems that, if selected correctly, can fit snugly around the conduit, cable, or pipe you are installing. The clamp then screws the clamp (directly or through a hanger holder) to any wall or surface you run along the pipe, be it wood, tile, plaster, or masonry. As a result, pipes are firmly held in place and supported throughout operation, ensuring a reliable and easy installation solution.
