How a Remote Float Control Valve Typically Works:
1. Floating Mechanism: The valve contains a floating mechanism, usually a buoyancy device such as a hollow ball or cylinder, connected to the valve by a float arm or connecting rod. The float is designed to float on the surface of the liquid inside the tank.
2. Control System: The float mechanism is connected to the valve through a control system, which may include mechanical linkages, cables, or rods. When the liquid level in the tank rises or falls, the float moves accordingly, causing the control system to actuate the valve.
3. Valve operation: As the liquid level rises, the float also rises, lifting the valve mechanism and opening the valve to allow liquid to flow into or out of the tank. Conversely, when the liquid level drops, the float drops, causing the valve to close and the liquid to stop flowing.
4. Remote Operation: The word “remote” in remote float control valve refers to the ability to control the valve from a distance.
