What is Axial Flow Check Valves？
Axial flow check valves are mechanical devices used in piping systems to allow fluid (liquid or gas) to flow in one direction while preventing backflow in the opposite direction. The Features of Silent check valve
Design: Axial flow check valves are typically designed with a disc or flap that moves axially (along the direction of flow) within the valve body. When the pressure on the upstream side exceeds that on the downstream side, the disc or flap opens, allowing fluid to flow through. When the pressure on the downstream side becomes greater, the disc or flap closes, preventing backflow.
Functionality: These valves operate based on the principle of differential pressure. They require a certain pressure differential across the valve to open and allow flow. Once the pressure equalizes or reverses, the valve closes to prevent backflow.
