What’s the exhaust valve?
Single-port exhaust valve (exhaust valve) is used in pipeline exhaust of independent heating system, central heating system, heating boiler, central air conditioning, floor heating and solar heating system. Because there is usually a certain amount of air dissolved in water, and the solubility of air decreases with the increase of temperature, the gas is gradually separated from the water during the circulation of water, and gradually gathers together to form large bubbles or even gas columns. Because of the supplementation of water, gas is often produced.

Working principle
When it is necessary to discharge the gas in the pipeline, the air in the pipeline enters the body cavity under the action of the water pressure, and is discharged from the exhaust nozzle, and then the water in the pipeline fills the body cavity, so that the float is under the action of the buoyancy of the water. Move up to block the exhaust nozzle to achieve self-sealing. When the pipeline is in normal operation, the air in the water is continuously discharged into the upper part of the body cavity of the exhaust valve under the action of pressure, forcing the floating ball to descend and leave the original sealing position. At this time, the air Then it is discharged from the exhaust nozzle, and then, the floating ball returns to its original position and self-sealing. Therefore, the valve is always open during normal operation of the single-port exhaust valve, the floating ball keeps repeating the above actions, and the air is continuously discharged.
3. Performance characteristics
1. The float of the exhaust valve is made of low-density PP material, which will not deform even if it is immersed in high temperature water for a long time. It will not cause difficulty in buoy movement.
2. The buoy lever is made of hard plastic, and the connection between the lever and the buoy and the support adopts a movable connection, so there will be no corrosion during long-term operation, which will cause the system to fail to work and cause water leakage.
3. The sealing end face of the lever is supported by springs, which can expand and contract with the movement of the lever to ensure the sealing performance without exhausting.
