What is Ball Check Valve？
The ball check valve is one of the check valves. The opening and closing parts are spherical, so it is called the ball check valve. It is used in the pipeline system. Its main function is to prevent the backflow of the medium and the reverse rotation of the pump and its driving motor. , and the discharge of the medium in the container; it can also be used for supplying pipelines for auxiliary systems where the pressure may rise above the pressure of the main system. It can be installed horizontally or vertically. It can be used for cold water, hot water, industrial and domestic sewage pipe networks, and is more suitable for submersible sewage pumps. The medium temperature is 0-80 °C. It can be installed at the water outlet of the pump to prevent backflow and water hammer from damaging the pump.

Principle of Ball Check Valve:
The ball check valve uses a rubber-wrapped ball as the valve disc. The principle is that under the action of the medium, it rolls up on the slideway in the valve body, and the valve opens.
