How to install Malleable Iron Reducing Elbow 90°:

Installing malleable iron reducing elbows involves the following steps:

1. Prepare the installation site, remove the piping surface and burrs, clean the pipe thread, and insert the threaded end of the pipe into the socket of the malleable iron reducing elbow.
2. Adjust the angle of the socket of the malleable iron reducing elbow to fit the piping direction.
3. Rotate the threaded end of the pipe clockwise to tighten the pipe connection.
4. Check whether there is any gap between the socket and the pipe, and adjust it if necessary.
5. Check whether there is any leakage after installation, and tighten it if necessary.
The installation process of malleable iron reducing elbows is simple, but it requires professional skills and experience to ensure installation quality and piping system safety. If you do not know how to install malleable iron reducing elbows, please consult the relevant professionals or manufacturers.

Our advantage when install the fittings.

1. The pipe wall with threaded part of our malleable pipe fittings is significantly thicker than the pipe wall without threaded part. This is our unique design of MI pipe fittings. This design can ensure enough space in pipe fittings to prevent excessive connection of threaded pipes damage to the inner wall of the pipe fitting.
2. The process of galvanizing first and then threading can ensure the accuracy and integrity of the thread, improve the installation speed and reduce the installation cost.
3. National standards stipulate that the angle deviation of pipe threads shall not exceed ±0.5°, and our pipe fittings shall be controlled within ±0.3°, which is 40% stricter than the national standards.Ensure the installation can be done successfully
