These fittings are Mech tee and mech cross.A mechanical tee is a type of pipe fittings used to replace full-flow castings. The slotted mechanical tee is made of ductile iron and is divided into two halves: one for the outlet and the other for the strap. At the location of the branch or equipment, drill a hole in the pipe or cut an oversized hole. The mechanical tee assembly is assembled around the pipe, positioning the collar inside the hole and enclosing a rubber gasket designed to fit a specific piping system. By fixing the bolts, the branch becomes more secure. Mechanical tees are used to connect pipes directly to the system. These labor-saving fittings are designed to provide contractors with excellent flexibility and cost savings, both in terms of labor and materials, and are designed to save contractors time and costs.

Mechanical tees with threaded branches provide an additional threaded outlet in the existing pipe by connecting preset holes in the main pipe surface. Threaded mechanical tee, which has the same function as mechanical tee. The only difference is that one of the pipes is connected by threads. Jianzhi thread mechanical tee can work at 300 PSI or 363 PSI working pressure. Currently, there are several different colors such as red, blue, and silver. The surface can also be hot-dip galvanized or epoxy painted. Environmentally friendly paints are used and strict quality checks are carried out.
