Malleable Iron 85 Crossover. The crossover is one kind of malleable iron pipe fittings with female thread, which is used to prevent the ground from rising at the junction of water pipes. It connects two same nominal diameters, so that the pipelines are paralleled. Air tightness test: higher 20% than EN10242, according EN10242 pipe fittings are test by one of the following methods
a)An internal hydrostatic pressure of not less than 20 bar.
b)An internal pneumatic pressure of not less than 5 bar.
We adapt 6 bar pneumatic pressure, higher 20% than EN10242, to ensure each fittings with fantastic performance while using.
