The working principle of the thread machine

Thread machine is also called stranding machine, electric wire nesting machine, pipe thread nesting machine, etc. It is mainly used for threading steel pipe materials, and the connecting thread is processed on the raw material according to the requirements by cutting. Before 1980, people usually used manual pipe thread stranding, which was threaded manually. After 1980, with the process of electrification, on the basis of manual pipe thread winch, an electric thread machine was manufactured, which greatly reduced the labor intensity and improved the processing efficiency.

The threading machine is composed of body, motor, chuck, plate tooth head, chamferer, cutter holder, feeding device and cooling system. There are generally two types of wire nesting machines in the market, one is a heavy-duty thread machine, all aluminum alloy material, large weight, stable performance, high price, suitable for long-term project fixed site use, not easy to move. The other is a light thread machine, the lower part is iron plate, the upper part is aluminum alloy material, small weight, strong flexibility, cheap price, low stability, suitable for short construction period, frequent flow of projects.
